When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 11:00am EST ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 11:00am EST will ship the following business day*.
(*Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include federal holidays.)
How do I return my order?
We accept returns for all products (excluding bands, latex, and bandsets) in new condition, along with it's original packaging and any accessories - within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Slingshot Return Conditions:
*We do not accept returns of Slingshots that are damaged. This includes frames damaged from fork hits (when a projectile has impacted the frame of the slingshot).
*We do not accept returns of used Latex or Bands.
*Please include all of the components that came with any item you are returning (ex. Bandsets, FlipClips, Palm Swells, etc.)
*Please be sure to get a Tracking Number for your return shipment and send us the Tracking Information. (Zetterrank is not responsible for missing packages without a valid tracking number.)
When will my order be delivered?
*During checkout, you'll receive an estimated delivery date range.
*Review your confirmation email for your estimated delivery date.
*Orders typically arrive 2-7 business days after shipment, but there can be carrier delays especially during periods of higher shipping volume.
*For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, track your order with the tracking information that you received in your confirmation email.

*Each Slingshot Owner's Manual covers setting up your slingshot and making sure your bands are tuned and installed properly.
